Have you posted to the windows update newsgroup? That's were the WU
experts are concentrated.

The folks who post here that are expert in windows update spend most of
their time in the windows update site. It is the better resource for this
issue. If you are going to post to more than one group, crosspost, listing
both groups in the same message, rather than multi-posting.
