msoobe.exe = Microsoft Out of Box Experience.
This is the Activate Windows dialog.
How to tell if XP is activated
Start | Run | Type or paste the following and then click OK
oobe/msoobe /a
If activated, you'll see this message:
Windows is already activated. Click OK to exit.
You are prompted to activate Windows every time you restart your computer

I installed WMP11 and than I reinstalled SP2 for Win XPP. When I restarted
the computer a message appairs and tells me the msoobe.exe has faild. The
problem is gone if I uninstall WMP11. It's the swedish version.
What to do?
