followed Microsoft's suggestions but to no avail. Replaced the old
vidio card with a new one and drivers but I still get the stop
error's. Can anybody please help.

This apparently has to do with drivers for your motherboard, not your
video card. I found this information with a Google search:

"It seems to have something to do with the Intel idechndr.sys driver for
the 845MP/MZ chipset."

"...IdeChnDr.sys is a driver for the Intel Application
Accelerator, and it may help to install the latest driver.
There's some indication that this this file begins to cause
problems subsequent to the installation of Windows XP Service
Pack 2 (SP2). Have you recently installed SP2? The latest
download for the Intel Application Accelerator driver for
Windows XP (you'll have to pick Home or Professional Edition)
is available here:

"

If updating the Intel driver doesn't help, then it might be wise to do
some hardware troubleshooting since you haven't changed anything. Here
are general hardware troubleshooting steps:

Testing hardware failures often involves swapping out suspected parts
with known-good parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are
uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigStoreUSA).
