Gah! That's a whole suite of stuff for programming, and very little of
it web related! All you need is 1 program.
To preserve the formatting most faithfully, Get either the full version
of Acrobat, or a cheaper (sometimes free) PDF creator. This allows
your documents to be downloaded and viewed by most anyone.
If you absolutely must have HTML, many versions of Word and Wordperfect
can export to html.
If you want to tinker, there are programs such as FrontPage, and
Dreamweaver.
