Re: Cannot delete anything!

I am unable to delete anything off of my computer. Whenever I try,
I get an error message that pops up and says

explorer.exe-application error

The instructions at "0x7c919925" referenced memory at "0x05168bfd"
The memory could not be "read"

Then whatever is up on the screen gets shut down. If on my desktop,
it just clears everything off the screen and refreshes it all. If
anyone can help me, so I clean up my desktop and my computer I
would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Check your memory for problems.. You can start with:
http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp

then ...

Try this tester:
http://www.hcidesign.com/memtest/

And this one:
http://www.memtest86.com/

Backup your important
files/folders/documents/favorites/emails/contacts/etc...
Then check your hard disk drive for errors...

First:

Then with the hard disk drive manufacturer's diagnostic utility from their
support web page.
