While trying to close down today a message block titled "End Program -
OfficeWatson" came up with a progress bar going across it. It then said
that
the program was not responding. If I choose to end the program immediately

would lose unsaved data and I sould close the window to check the status
of
the program.

I can't find any info about this office watson and therefore don't know
how
to shut the computer down safely.

I'm really new to this - so any help would really be appreciated.
