If Compatibility Flags DWORD value is set to 00000400, the kill bit
is set. I used to use that to kill Macromedia Flash before I
uninstalled it completely.

I deleted the key :
{41B23C28-488E-4E5C-ACE2-BB0BBABE99E8}
and everything is working fine now. Thanks !!
