to shut down after i have disable 11 services it shuts down in less then 1
min.
dont know if disabling the services done it or something else.

Some say for a security issue, it could be exploited by melcious attackers
and some say for Performance issue.
The more you have runing Processors/Services in the background the more the
Performance is decreases, to disable this service you can open the Run
command and type in :
services.msc click [OK] and there see what service you don't need to run.
