Change drive letter of the OS partition

How to change the drive letter (E:) of a WinXP Pro Sp2 OS partition? At
present it is E: drive. Wish to change it to D:.

C: drive is occupied by Brother's OS WinXP Pro Sp2.

Is it possible with "Partition Magic"?
