Setting window size when Notepad opens.

I use newsleecher for ng's. With certain file types, it opens them in
Notepad. For some reason, when it opens Notepad, it does so in a very
narrow window (I think I set a notepad window to this size some months ago,
and for some reason windows "remembers" it). I want newsleecher to open the
notepad window maximized. I know how to set this from a shortcut in
properties, but how do you set it when another program opens notepad? There
don't appear to be any right click settings on notepad.exe itself.
