There's a large, nationwide computer chain here in Spain that, if you buy a white box from them, will install your choice of Linux free. The ISP I use has a private Usenet and has a very active group called ono.charla.sistemasoperativas.linux

I suspect that Linux will become dominant on personal and business desktops in Europe long before it will be in the USA and the EU will keep the Balmer/Novell crap way away from here. But, then again, a majority of the people in the USA voted for Bush who, I understand, is writing a new book about Iraq. It's called "If I Did It".
