Unknown Publisher from network drive

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I posted this problem a few days ago, but did not receive any suggestions.
So, I am trying again with a little more info.

My problem is I get a dialog box that states:
Title : Open File Security Warning
Problem : Unknown Publisher (bla..bla..bla...)

Anytime I click on a *.bat or *.exe or ever *.hlp on a Novell network drive.
The same file( *.bat or *.exe or *.hlp) accessed from a local drive does NOT
produce the warning.

It seems to be a specific box!

There is NO problem with : Win2000 SP4 Novell Client 4.90.0.0 SP1a
But, I get warning with : WinXP SP2 Novell Client 4.91 SP2

I have another box identical to the WinXP SP2, Novell Client 4.91 SP2,
without the problem.

I appreciate ANY help on this issue.
