I have Win XP Pro SP2.
Every time I connect to the Internet via dial-up, a yellow "balloon" message
appears on top of the network connection icon in the system tray. This
message informs me that I am now connected to my ISP and what the connection
speed is. The message is displayed for approx. 30 seconds, unless I click
on the message Close button first.
How do I shorten the display time of this "balloon" message? (PS: I just
want to shorten the display time, not get rid of the balloon message
completely.)
Thanks.
