After cleaning en defreg my HD I can't move my quick launch toolbar to the right side of my desktop. I unlock the taskbar, put the mous on the pointers on the leftside of the taskbar, hold down the left mouse, and move it to the right side of my desktop. There is a little square under my mouse, but wen I release my mouse nothing happens. Also the lauguage toolbar is not in the list op the toolbars. Who can help

Boot into Safe Mode, then go back to regular mode. Try to move the tools again.
