CMOS checksum error

Hi,
I have a new computer but have installed an extra 256MB ram. Now, every now
and again I get the 'CMOS checksum eror Defaults Loaded press F1 to
continue.' Error. Of course it is probably the RAM that is causing this
error but as I have used the same combination of computer and ram upgrade in
about 7 of these already without any problems I was just wondering if
anybody had any other thoughts or how could I check the ram. My main problem
is that it is intermitent and when I take a look at the customers property I
am sure that everyting will work A1.
Cheers
Lenny
