Well, sans Bruce's EULA cop stance, that everyone must be a thief is they violate the agreement, no matter the circumstances, you are not going along with how MS made their rules for their particular products.

And, as EULAs in general have been determine by a federal court to be legally enforceable contracts, my stance is correct, although you deliberately mis-stated it. At no time did I refer to the OP as a "thief" (Although, admittedly, that is how I tend to think of such people); rather, I used the term "dishonest." This is how one always refers to someone who voluntarily enters into a contract (the EULA) and then reneges on it. You see, if someone won't abide by the terms of a contract, that means he/she cannot be trusted to make good on any other contracts, such as car loans, mortgages, etc. Ultimately, I'm more concerned about the utter lack of integrity and demonstrated untrustworthiness on the part of such people, rather than on Microsoft's EULA, per se.

It can only be on one PC at a time. Upgrading from one OS to the newer, incorporates both OSes on that PC.

Correct.

I personally think you don't/didn't read rules, ....

Then you also agree that "RAID" is, at the very least a liar, as you know full well that he had to have clicked a button confirming that he understand and agreed to the terms of the EULA.

...and I suspect Bruce doesn't read every word of every program's EULA either that he uses.

Actually, I do. Anyone who doesn't is an idiot, and, if he/she uses the product anyway, a liar.

Ignoring his belittling remarks, .....

If a simple statement of facts is seen as "belittling," so be it. I've no use for political correctness.

it might be a good idea to understand what MS' EULA really means before you install them; you do have a choice now
that you have been informed (something Bruce may have wanted to pass on first before shooting the probable victim of ignorance) :-).

He had a choice before, and selected the course of dishonesty.
