Hi!
We have BMC's ServiceDesk Express and it needs to have the popup
blocker disabled, or site added to "popup blocker settings/allowed
sites" and "security/trusted sites".
It doesnt matter which method you use, it still blocks up the pop
ups...
There is no spyware, nor any other popup blocker software in the
machine.
So simply - I'm not asking of how to disable the popup blocker, I am
asking how to remove it completely, is it even possible?
If you've got an AD domain, you can use group policy to disable the IE popup
blocker. Or, use it to set the security settings on Local Intranet / Trusted
Sites, and add the appropriate sites therein.
