One way is to open the folder so that the list of files appears on
your
desktop. Then press the Print Screen (PrSc) key on your keyboard. Then
open
MS Word or Photoshop or similar application so that there is a blank
white
page open. Then click Paste. (Control V) on the keyboard. This will
reproduce
whatever was on your desktop.

Thanks Tonyo - I should have been more specific - I do know how to do
that -
I am looking for a way to print the list directly from explorer or even
copy
the list of file names to excel or word. Mac has a way to print but
does
windows?

There are any number of third-party commercial products that provide this
capability, but take a look at Microsoft's way...

Thanks Anna - do you know the name(s) of some of the third party products?
Dan
One of the commercial products which we've used in the past is STG
FolderPrint Plus - http://www.stgsys.com/fpp.asp
There are many others - just do a Google search. Most of these programs have
a demo or trial version available so you can see if they meet your
particular needs.
