Don't know what happened, but when I double click
on a folder it brings up the Search window.
I can explore and single click on view contents
in right hand pane, but double clicking there will
bring up the search window as well.
The only thing I can think of is I used the
instuctions to add the "Print Directory Listing"
to the explore menu.
The default settings for folder actions are easily messed up if you try to manually manipulate them. MVP Doug Knox has written a script that will set things straight for you. Go to http://www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts_desc/xp_folder_open.htm. Download the folder open vb script from that page and execute it to fix the issue.
