Does anyone know how to fix this?
Something is not quite right here. What exactly are you trying to burn
to cd-r and for what purpose?
1. If you are trying to back up your data (from My Documents for
instance) then you should be only dragging the data files to the open
cd window. Then burn the files.
2. If you are trying to back up your entire system, then you want to use
imaging software such as Acronis True Image and store the image on a
second hard drive, external or internal. TI can also do regular backups
so you might want to look at it.
