My CD ROM drive isnt working when i put a CD/CDROM in. When i go to

Panel it says, well nothing just C drive. When I made a blank CD with
Nero

Your first step should be to press the Pause button during
the boot process so that you can see on the screen if the
drive is being recognised by the BIOS. Press the Enter key
to continue, and Pause again if you froze the display too soon.
