I am running a laptop with XP Pro. I can't seem to get my screen saver to
run. I set it to run after 10 minutes with 3D Pipes or whatever and nothing
happens. And my power settings such as turn off monitor after 10 minutes
when plugged in doesn't seem to work either. Any help would be appreciated.

screen saver ... I have had XP Pro for years and in the last couple weeks the screen saver... and monitor and hard disk shut down has started to not work about every ... (microsoft.public.windowsxp.general)
[SLE] Dell Flat Monitor ... just installed Suse 8.2 Pro in my desktop (in my laptop it gave no problems!) ... and it looks like it cannot find the right monitor.... If in any case I get to a not too bad (which means black margins on the screen) ... (SuSE)
