Is this on a networked machine? If so:
Have you checked the date/time settings for the host and client machine(s) to make sure they coincide?

When starting the ShopKey program a security error pops-up saying
"Workstation and Host time zones may be set differently" i click OK the
program
loads, but the function Icons are grayed out and all you can do is close the
program. Which brings up the same error. This seems to have happened since
the daylight saving time change. System Restore is turned OFF.
