Check Control Panel > Mouse applet > Wheel tab for the scroll settings.

Ever since I loaded IE7 last week, the Logitech Mouse scroll wheel when moved
one click will cause IE7 to scroll (slowing though) 4 more lines. How can I
disable this? Never seen it before in IE6 or any other browsers. Thanks in
advance.
