My mother just got a new computer - she's still on my Windows Live

working again?
From your system, just before she clicks Sign On, click on "Forgot your
password?". Answer the questions and it'll be emailed.
I presume you mean from her system.
It will work from any system that has access to the email account that
was used to sign up.
If she doesn't remember her password to that email account, then it's
time for her to get a new one and sign up again.
