Can you back up important data files? Research in Google suggests you have
a very difficult problem to resolve.

Having read several messages, no one appears to have my problem. Today,
an
error message regarding C:|$MFT being corrupt popped-up and told me to run
Chkdsk. I have not been able to get Chkdsk to run in either the cmd
prompt
or My Computer in either Normal Startup or Diagnostic Startup. Also, I
ran
the Western Digital drive diagnostic and there was no errors. Any
assistance
is appreciated.
