Open Internet Explorer. Click Tools-Internet
Options-Security-Internet-Custom Level. Set as needed.
You will need to log on as administrator to change these settings.
Good Luck

I have Windows XP. When I bring up IE, it says it is currently running
with
add-ons disabled. Also, it is telling me that I must enable Active X to
view
certain pages. I have read through tons of help topics and tried
everything
suggested in what I read. Nothing has worked. I've been unable so far to
enable/download Active X. And in the tools menu, it does not allow me
access
to the "manage add-ons" selection, it's not in black print. I know I had
some spyware, but ran the Windows and McAfee scans to get rid of it. If
anyone has any suggestion, I would REALLY appreciate it. My computer
knowledge is not that hot.
