Thanks for your post and the link - there is some interesting material
there.
However the problem I have is not so much in explaining to the staff how to
use the functionality, but we have to certify that they are capable of using
the functionality. Where the staff are local, that's not a problem, we can
simply see them do it. however where the staff are very remote this is not
the case, and i am trying to devise some tests that will be able to evidence
that the student has learnt the capability
