Windows Training issue

Hi - probably a slighlty unusual request and aimed at those who have Windows
Training experience.

We provide some training manuals to allow staff , who are very remote from
our offices, to learn how to be competent in the use and application of the
graphical user interface provided by the Windows environment, understand
simple networking issues, and the collaborative use of applications in an
electronic office.

I have now been tasked with setting an assignment that tests this -
specifically:
1. Understand and be confident when making changes to personalising
their computer

2. Make effective use of the control panel and programme manager

3. Understand and use the common diaries, appointments and
synchronisation systems provided with Windows and Outlook

4. Organise the Windows environment including administrating user
rights on a local computer

5. Understand the concepts and issues behind the simple networking of
computers

I have racked my brains and cannot come up with any real solutions, so was
wondering if anyone has any suggestions - or can point me in the direction
of where I might get some inspiration :)

Thanks

Alex
