Click on the red/yelloe shield on your system tray at bottom right. Click on
the option "Virus Protection". Click Recommendations.Place a check mark on
"I have an anti-virus program that I'll monitor myself".
You won't get any more alerts after restart.

Running Win XP Pro. Got MS firewall turned off. Every time I boot I
get a yellow balloon on system tray telling me "Your computer might be at
risk". I'm sure it's from MS. Googling has not helped. Please, someone
help me get rid of this nagging screen. Thanks, s
