Contact Quicken support. This is not a Windows issue.

My best friends father passed away a while back and she now has his
computer
and she wants to use the program Quicken but it refuses to let her in
because
everything is password protected. We even tried to sign in as a new user
but
it will not let her in without admistraters permission. How can she remove
his password so that she can get into the computer. There are even family
pictures and things like that that she wants to get into and save. Soes
she
need to take it somewhere?
