No, it doesn't. You have to choose to leave automatic updates at the default settings.

By allowing it to be installed in the first place, you granted permission.
I mean sure they made windows, but if it was any other company that did it, it would be illegal, wouldnt it?
Not at all, no more than it's "illegal" (Please cite the specific law, would you?) for Microsoft.
What makes microsoft so special?
