Besides the fact that I can't access the library anymore, which is the
entire reason I downloaded Beta 1, I just realized an even bigger
problem. Since I also can't access Urge from within Windows Media
Player, I can't unsubscribe from my $15 a month charge for a product
that I can't use. Even more importantly, almost all of the music that
I've purchased within the last six months has been from Urge, so once I
rollback to Windows Media Player 10, I won't be able to listen to all
the music that I purchased. I'm sure I can contact Urge customer
service from their website to unsubscribe so I won't be wasting my $15
a month, but I can see this is becoming an even bigger pain than it
already is.
