Need help on chm files crashing with no error message
Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance
I'm having trouble keeping all chm files open for more than a minute on
my
brand new computer, it has a Core 2 Duo CPU with Win XP Pro SP2, no MS
Office and no printer drivers installed. Chm files were opening
properly on my old Acer P4 2.0 laptop with Win XP Pro SP 2, MS Office
and
printer drivers as well as on my work machine which is a P4 3.0 Dell
Desktop Win XP Pro SP 2, MS Office and printer drivers.
I'm guessing that the lack of MS Office or printer drivers is causing
my chm file to crash to the desktop with no error message. It usually
takes less than a minuter after moving around in the different chapters
of the document. I got the latest html help and my windows is up
to date. Any help on that?
