Divide desktop

Does anyone of a software that I can use to divided my desktop in two
parts. I don't have room for a second monitor, but I need to monitor
our helpdesk (web based). So need to be able to open a web browser in a
separate part of the desktop that will never be covered by any other
program. If you have DeskTop Sidebar installed you have a separate
area, how can I do the same thing with just a web site?
