Excel

I received my Dell Inspiron 1100 laptop over two years ago and
installed Windows XP then. I have never had Excel. I would like to have
it. Is Excel no longer a component of Windows?

Do I have to reinstall the entire operating system? I have five
Microsoft Works Suite disks.
