When I log in on my main account (the one that I created when I first
started
Windows XP) and right-click the desktop, then choose 'properties', In the
'display properties' window, the 'Theme' tab isn't there. However, when I
log
on to a Backup account I created just in case my main account messed up
majorly, the 'Theme' tab is there. Is there any way to fix this?
