How do I copy using safe mode with command prompt?

Your information is a little scarce. Can you boot into Windows XP at all?
Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Network, Normal or Safe Mode Command Prompt?

If so, all you need to do is copy the browseui.dll to your
Windows\System32
folder (e.g., C:\Windows\System32) and then from a command prompt, type:

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\browseui.dll

You can add a /s if you want silent mode:

regsvr32 /s c:\windows\system32\browseui.dll

I just did a system restore and now when I start up I get a message
saying
Browseui.dll is missing and i should re install.

I have followed the instructions I found in the knowledge base but I cant
access my CD drive with Command Prompt in safe mode to extract the file.

I have downloaded the dll file and I have it on a thumb drive. Is there a
way I can install from this drive or from a net work in Command Prompt.

Instructions or help would be appreciated

Thanks
Steve
