I wouldn't pay a dime for the Inkline Global product. I have a 5Mb download
cable connection. I just ran tests from three different sites, all were in
the 4.5Mb to 4.7 Mb, but their test repeatedly showed only 374Kb speeds. The
difference between 374Kb and 4.5MB is far greater than the 300 percent that
they advertise. As sgopus stated, get a faster link to the Internet.

These programs cannot change the physical characteristics of your internet
connection. Since they don't execute on your ISP's servers they have no
chance of reducing image resolution as does AOL and Earthlink.
