Re: How do I make my drive letters permanent?

You will need to straighten out the drive letters in disk management as
you have done, then open up the virtual CD software and assign it to
use the new (last) drive letter. Without assigning virtual devices to
the last letter I have always had problems with it moving drive letters
as you have described.
If you aren't using it, you can always assign your virtual drive to be
Z: and leave it there.

I recently downloaded a program to create virtual CDs and now all my drive
letters are switched around. I changed them with the Disk Management in the
Administrative tools from the Control Panel but every time I restart or turn
off my computer, the drives are switched around again. Is there any way
around this?
