Try to use your computer name for your server name
\\COMPUTER_NAME

Who knows how to use the command sc.exe? I am trying to look at the
services
with it on a local machine but it keep asking for a server name. Is this
application only for starting and stopping services on a server? I was
wondering if I could use localhost or something?
