I have 80 GB Hard disk. It is HP laptop having license version of Window

Harddisk has two partition C:/ with all and D:/ for recovery system as

Now, i need one more partition for my personal documents. How can i do

You need a third-party partition manager such as Acronis
Disk Directory.
