Thank you Rock but it didn't work
1 - I use McAffee both as AV and Firewall up to date. Scan done, no resukts
2 - I checked with Ad-Adware, Spybot, Spython and Windows Defender everything is OK
The problems however remains the same.
Any more ideas, please?

I got the following Message and no idea what to do:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program:C:\Windows\explorer.exe This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
As a result I can't:
- Click to open any folder on My Documents or My Pictures even in an External Drive, but I can click to Explore the same Folders
- Also I can't create a Restore Point to a previous day;
I'm totally lost and need help

Start with the malware issue. Have you done a thorough scan for malware using a combination of programs in safe mode and have a good up to date AV program that you use regularly in safe mode and are using a firewall?
