Filtering files injected into a folder

Hi... i have a subscription to News Wires from reuters which they are
coming to my serial port of the PC and using a reuters software they
will ends into xml files within one folder... files looks something
like 24082006-sport-1443ash.xml , 24082006-business-3487pir.xml, and so
on... file creation is done automaticly into one particular folders and
all type of files are mixed with each other.. am looking for a filter
type that whenever an xml file with *sports*.xml is created, i needed
it to be either copied or moved to another folder.....
have any idea about???
