Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I installed by old drive as a slave on my new HP a1200y computer. I am using
Windows XP SP2. I have a lot of Office templates on the extra drive, which
is Drive F., but when I try to open them, I get an error message: "User does
not have access privileges."

In trying to change permissions, Help says to select a file or folder, right
click, click on properties, then on the Security tab....do something. I
don't have a Security tab....just General, Sharing and Customize.

Is there any way to get into these files?
