I don't have that key, oh well.
I can't see it being malicious but what I suggest is that you find it using
regedit, export it to a file and keep it somewhere handy where you can
simply click on it to restore if anything stops working. I think this would
be safer than letting spybot do it.

First time I've run Spybot S&D since recent update. I rarely get anything
reported so this one intrigued me.
Under Windows Explorer - User settings:
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1695355980-3387324492-4094481314-1007\Software
\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\NoLogOff!=W=0
Anybody else found this?
Should I let Spybot delete it?
