Subject: Hibernation or NOT!

When my system tries to Hibernate, I get the following error
message. "The device driver for the 'Standard 101/102-Key or
Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard' device is preventing the
machine from entering hibernation. Please close all
applications and try again. If the problem persists, you may
need to update this driver."

1. When there are no other applications running, it
still happens.
2. I tried to update the driver and that didn't make
any difference.

I am running XP/Home on a Satellite laptop.

Any ideas?
