Well....if you have a free Hotmail account, you're getting what you pay for.
Re your ISP, RoadRunner isn't likely to be that helpful, but you might try
sending a message with a delivery status notification request....
If you can reproduce this (send a test message to the hotmail address and
another address and see what happens) you may have more luck in
troubleshooting.

I have 2 computers in my office in one I have a hot mail account.
on the other I have an e-mail account with road runner. I sent an
