Re: Ms Scanner @ Camera Wizard - What is it ?

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents is the path for Shared
Documents.

Paste...

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents

into Start | Run and Click OK.
Click on the Folders icon on the Toolbar.
Shared documents will be highlighted in the left hand pane.
Shared Music, Shared Pictures and Shared Video will be in the right hand
pane.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Music is Shared Music.
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Pictures is Shared
Pictures.
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Videos is Shared Video.

I have been using XP Pro SP2 for some time now without ever meeting or
being aware of the MS Scanner & Camera Wizard until today when I
inserted a CD onto which I had burned some digital photos and decided
to clickon the resulting box which appears entitled "My Disk (Z:) "

Drive Z is my DVD Burner drive and I have always clicked the option
appearing in this box to "Take No Further Action"

This time , however , out of curiosity , I clicked "Copy Pictures to
A Folder on my Hard Drive using Ms Scanner @ Camera Wizard "

I cannot remember now whether I specified a particular destination for
these photos or not but the PC began copying all the pictures from the
inserted CD to somewhere on my hard drive producing a list of the
resulting photo icons.

I now , having experimented with "Ms Scanner @ Camera Wizard" for the
first time, wish to erase these photos from the hard drive and , in
order to ascertain where they had been copied to , I right clicked on
one of the icons , selected Properties and got the path as "
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\"

The trouble is there is no such Folder on my PC called "Documents"
with such a Path ! yet these photos are definitely on my hard drive it
would seem !

Can anyone explain this?
