Hi, open up control panel, goto system, click devices, click device
manager, now go down to sounds, click the plus next to sounds, and
double click on whatever is underneath sounds, if there are more than
one click the top one, click the button that says update driver and let
it connect to the internet to find a driver. this may take a few
minutes and may require a reboot afterwards. make sure your volume isnt
muted by double clicking the speaker icon on the bottom right of the
screen.

Start | Run <type in> devmgmt.msc <enter>
Then follow the suggestion.
